Maintenance Manager job in Dungannon working with a leading food production company in the UK and Ireland. Your new role
Leading the team through technical support, planning and liaison with other departments. You will support your team of supervisors, engineers and support staff to deliver excellent technical support to production and quality and optimise equipment efficiency through thorough PM planning and delivery and have an upskilled and motivated team to solve issues quickly. Strong people focus is key to this role.
What you\'ll need to succeed
Strong people motivation and management to bring your maintenance team forward with you to deliver excellent maintenance service for the site, strong technical knowledge of maintenance engineering and if you had food packaging experience, it would be highly advantageous.
