Interim HR Project Manager £62ph REMOTE

Role: Interim HR Project Manager

Rate: £63 per hour (Umbrella, Inside IR35, 7.2 hours per day)

Client: Major Science and Agriculture organisation.

Location: UK wide - remote working considered.

Duration: 6 months

An Interim HR Project Manager to support this leading organisation's oneHR Analytics programme.

You will plan, organise and oversee delivery of project and workstream initiatives.

You will be responsible for defining project goals, creating project plans, managing budget, and driving on-time delivery of projects.

Requirements:

• Strong, prior experience as a HR Project Manager.
• Experience delivering HR technology and strong knowledge of HRIS and HR technology.
• Background navigating large, global, matrix organisations.
• Excellent knowledge of HR methodologies, policies, and best practice.
• Confident communicator, with the ability to build relationships and manage stakeholders to a senior level.
• Advantageous would be experience working with Agile methodology.
