Job description

We are seeking a committed, supportive and inspiring colleague to join our team and help to champion our SEND offer at Therfield. This role would include a commitment to completing a nationally recognised SENCO qualification.

Attributes and Experience. 

An enthusiastic and motivated teacher who is passionate about supporting students with SEND

Ability to develop positive working relationships with students, families, staff and external agencies

Ability to work collaboratively with our SENCO in leading and managing colleagues within our SEND team

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders

Ability to deliver intervention programmes and/or teach a mainstream subject

A commitment to providing outstanding opportunities for all young people to develop the character and resilience they need to succeed in modern Britain.
