RINA is a 160 year old global consultancy servicing multiple industries, specialising in delivering world class training and safety solutions.   Underpinning this, we have a flourishing Digital Multimedia Division, which supports all the consulting businesses, and delivers the most digitally enhanced e-learning solutions.  Due to continued growth and success, we need an experienced Graphic Designer to join the Digital and Multimedia business unit.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop a wide range of multimedia content including e-Learning, mobile learning, video content, gamification and VR.
• Support a range of multimedia tasks such as video editing, audio editing and graphics support.
• Follow processes and contribute to continuous improvement of bespoke e-Learning and blended training solutions.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and training consultants across a broad range of projects, to deliver exceptional graphic solutions for clients.
• Work in small team environments, holding responsibility and authority for your specific tasks within projects.
• Comply with industry standards and Company Quality Assurance (QA) procedures.

Experience required

• Educated to degree level in either an arts or creative subject.
• Have at least one year’s commercial experience in Graphic Design or Multimedia development.
• Experienced with one or more multimedia authoring tools such as Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop / InDesign / Captivate or Storyline, etc.
• Competent in creating and editing of graphics.
• A passion and enthusiasm for art of design, with a creative flair.
• A strong time manager and have the ability to execute multiple concurrent projects.
• Either hold or be willing to undertake the Security Vetting process and be Security Cleared at the point of employment.
