This role is for a care coordinator, on scale 4 point 7. to work with Adults service Outreach. The role of this worker would be to monitor support visits are logged and developing staff rota’s using our call monitoring system. previously known as CM2000. This worker will have responsibilities to liaise with staff send out rota’s and monitor the visits are being completed. monitoring of our team email and responding to referrals coming through, logging them on to a spreadsheet and tracking with team leaders. 18 hours weekly on a rolling rota basis. rota is: Week 1 – Tuesday 9-5pm, Wednesday 9-4.30pm and Thursday 9-1.30pm. Week 2 – Monday 9-12.45pm, Thursday 12-5pm and Friday 9-1pm
Purpose of the Role:
Provide high quality and comprehensive administrative and/or finance support to a team or service in relation to any of the functions undertaken, ensuring that an effective, efficient and customer focused service is delivered within required timescales and in line with Corporate Policies.

Contribute towards the monitoring of the logging in and out of calls made by the Outreach carers and support workers using the call monitoring system CM2000.
Allocate new work and schedules to cover care call requirements to staff, using the service call monitoring system
To work on a rolling rota working alternative weekends and shift patterns to provide service cover, rota plans can fall between the hours of 7am – 10pm Monday to Sunday
Deliver support to ensure the service audit systems are up to date, collating data to management on request.
The Enablement service provides short term and long-term care and support to vulnerable adults within Enfield. This role contributes to the delivery of a service which Enables clients to maximise their independence potential, and maintains health and wellbeing

Skills, Experience, Knowledge, Behaviours

Essential:

  1. As a regular and intrinsic part of this role requires you to speak to members of the public in English, the ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential and consistent with the requirements of this role. This role also requires you to be polite and courteous when conversing with the public.
  2. Competent when using the IT systems and ability to maintain electronic records in accordance with statutory requirements and data protection policy.
  3. Experience of working in an adult social care environment
  4. Ability to work independently using own initiative and as part of a team while managing workload effectively, prioritising work and adopting a flexible can-do approach to changing demands of the service.
  5. Experience of working with an electronic rota allocation system
  6. To be flexible and able to work to a rolling rota, to include alternate weekends, earlies and lates, which may include some working from home.

Desirable:

  1. NVQ level 2 or equivalent in social care/IT
