Express Recruitment are thrilled to be working alongside a global finance company who are seeking a Part-time Administrator to work within their defined Business Support team on a part-time basis. You will be responsible for providing extensive support across the wider division with general office support and completion of defined service tasks. 

You will be the first point of contact for anyone visiting or telephoning the department, therefore the ability to demonstrate excellent customer care skills is essential. You will support with any operational tasks to ensure that the daily attendance of the service users’ are recorded accurately.  

Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversee internal administration tasks inclusive of filing, meeting arrangements, etc. 
• Produce and complete templates for external clients and contractors for payroll services
• Work closely with team leaders to support on ad hoc tasks
• Provide management information and compile statistics for support
• Ensure daily update of system details from external contractors

Skills & Experience

• Extensive previous Administration experience 
• European languages highly desirable 
• Good working knowledge of MS Office and other IT systems 
• Willingness to learn and progress on new systems
• Good written and verbal communication skills

Vacancy Summary

Hours: Monday – Friday, 25 – 30hrs, very flexible

Salary: c£15.00 per hour D.O.E 

Location: Nottingham, Nottinghamshire
