Are you an HGV driver fed up with not knowing when you’re working next, or when your work will die down?Then look no further - XPO Logistics is recruiting!

We’re looking for a full-time, permanent Class 1 HGV Night driver to join us based on our site in Motherwell.

You’ll be representing XPO on our expanding contract with Wolseley, working 45 guaranteed hours per week on the Monday to Friday shift with 0200 start times. In return for your hard work, we’ll offer you a OTE of £36,036. What you’ll do on a typical day:

• You’ll be delivering goods to a major plumbing and heating distributor on a multi-drop basis.
• Keyholder for visiting sites
• Start times between 2am and 4am delivering to branches in Scotland while operating counterbalance forklift.
• You will be responsible for opening each site to offload the goods
• Returns to be loaded on the vehicle before the site is once again secured by yourself

What you need to succeed at XPO:

• LGV / HGV C+E/Class 1 Entitlement on your licence
• No more than 6 points, with no DD or DR endorsements present
• CPC and Digital Tacho card
• Strong knowledge of UK road network

• Ideally, you will have an FLT licence, however, training is available for this
