Small Works Manager
Location: Bolton
Working Hours: 38.75 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Contract: Permanent

About the role
About you
We are looking for a career-driven individual with technical knowledge in mechanical and electrical maintenance with a methodical approach to their work , able to manage planned and reactive works across our clients' sites.
You will have excellent knowledge of Health and Safety legislation including CDM, temporary works, preplanning and subcontractor management .
The successful candidate will require an Enhanced DBS Check before starting in the job.
