Overview
A large company based in a stylish part of central London are looking for a receptionist to join their team on a permanent basis. They are looking for someone with outstanding organisational and interpersonal skills and previous experience working as a receptionist.
Salary: £26,000
Duties
- Managing the switchboard, dealing with incoming calls and transferring to the relevant person
- Dealing with incoming enquiries by email
- Attending to customers/clients as they arrive in a friendly and professional manner
- Booking in meetings and appointments
- Various administrative duties
Requirements
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
- Clear and professional telephone manner
- Previous experience working in a similar position
- Educated to A Levels at a minimum
