Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT compliance policies, procedures, and controls to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Conduct risk assessments and gap analyses to identify compliance gaps and areas for improvement.
- Monitor changes in IT regulations and standards and ensure ongoing compliance.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external auditors to address compliance issues and findings.
- Provide guidance and support to IT teams and stakeholders on compliance matters.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Compliance, or related field.
- Proven experience in IT compliance, with expertise in regulatory requirements such as GDPR, HIPAA, SOX, and PCI DSS.
- Strong understanding of compliance frameworks and audit processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Professional certifications such as CISA, CISM, or CISSP are a plus.
