Position: SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Romford
Salary Scale: £75-£100
Contract Type: Full-time Responsibilities: - As a SEN Teaching Assistant you will collaborate with teachers and SENCOs to support students with diverse learning needs.
- Implement individualised education plans to address specific SEN challenges.
- As a SEN Teaching Assistant you will provide targeted support to individuals and small groups based on their needs.
- Foster positive relationships with students, promoting their well-being and engagement.
- As a SEN Teaching Assistant you will assist in the implementation of behaviour management strategies tailored to SEN requirements.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, especially in supporting students with SEN.
