Job description

Working Hours: 37hours, term time only

Salary: Grade 5

Contract: Maternity Cover until May 2025

Yeoman Park Academy are looking for a highly motivated and dedicated family support advisor to join the world of SEND and our dynamic, talented and supportive team. We are seeking someone who is empathetic, professional, and warm; someone who can be flexible and embrace a challenge.  

The opportunity

Our culture is based upon creating Empowering Learners to be the best they can -  Listening to learn, learning to fly . All our learners have an Educational Health Care Plan and families find themselves in the world of SEND. Parents often need support in overcoming obstacles created by having a child with SEND. They may have a learning disability themselves and require assistance with literacy, form filling or may just need someone to listen to them.   

A key part of the FSA role is to help them overcome any issues. We are looking for an individual who will respect and care for our learners and families and empower them to Achieve, Celebrate & Enjoy their time at Yeoman Park.
