Job Description
The duties of the content creator / graphic designer will include:
- Adapt and optimise existing visual and design assets for different platforms and formats, ensuring optimal quality and performance.
- Create graphics, illustrations, info graphics, and other visual assets for use across multiple digital channels used by such as social media platforms, email newsletters, websites, banners.
- Develop visually compelling narratives through the use of graphics, images, and animations to effectively convey key messages and our company brand story.
- Motion Graphics and Animation: Create , motion design elements, and short videos to enhance engagement by optimising existing assets and creating new assets.
- Populate project and social management calendars and schedules with Content following company policy and advertising policies.
- Linking offline and online media campaigns by supporting wider teams so they are working with organic social media effectively.
- Analyse and report on Organic Social channels, analysing what designs receive more engagement and work best for our audiences.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have the following:
- A degree within marketing or graphic design
- Previous experience creating video and digital content across multiple platforms
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly.
- Creative minded personality, ability to think "out of the box"
- Be proficient in visual design and use of Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and photography.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Previous experience in property or knowledge of the property market.
What's on Offer
On offer for the successful candidate will be a salary between £24,000 - £26,000
