Due to expansion and new investment we are currently looking for a Retail Supervisor to join our team at The Rock Bury.

Over the last few years Blue Inc has gone through changes and now has a vast expansion plan and we're looking for enthusiastic people to help us promote and push the business forward. As a reward for your hard work, you will be given great opportunities for progression in our ever changing world.

Duties to include,

Opening and closing of the store in the absence of the manager
Cash handling
Customer service
Checking off deliveries
Maximising sales through excellent customer service

The ideal candidate will have:

A minimum of 2 years experience working in fashion retail.
Flexibility to cover shifts throughout the week, including weekends
Experience in both men's and ladies fashion
A drive to deliver excellent customer service
The ability to work with initiative
Leadership skills

Job Type: 20 hours a week

Schedule:
Monday to Friday
Weekend availability
