Office Administration duties

Responsibilities
- May need to travel between the Armagh and Belfast branches to do Administration / Reception
- Answering calls and recording messages and following through to make sure all calls have been responded
- Training will be given on Sage input of data sales/purchase invoices
- Helping to organise daily runs for delivery drivers
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Driver's licence required
Desirable Skills
- Sage would be an advantage, but full training will be provided
