SENIOR NEC3 CONTRACTS MANAGER - LONDON - PERMANENT (HYBRID WORKING) - £53,850 - £80,760ARM are working with a major infrastructure client and we are currently recruiting for a Senior NEC3 Contracts Manager to join their team based in the West MidlandsAbout You:* You will be an experienced NEC3 contract manager, with experience of major projects. * Your experience will include engineering contracts using NEC3 and in particular sections A, C and E. * You will have demonstrable experience of managing others as a direct line manager. * Your experience will include stakeholder engagement to a senior internal level, as well as with users and suppliers. * Your experience will include major infrastructure projects such as railways or highways, where NEC3 contracts have been in use. * Projects you will have worked on, will need to have been in the £00million level in value. What you will be doing:This is a key position within the organisation and will help them deliver on their major programme of work. The role will be focusing on technical contracts using NEC3 and has an annual value of £60million per annum. Supported by a Contracts Manager and and Assistant Contracts Manager. The role will be the interfacing with requirements holders and converting into contracts for suppliers. This will also involve raising issues, early warning notices and compensation events management. This position is working using the hybrid model, with two days a week in the office and 3 days based from home. The office for the role is based in Birmingham. What you can expect in return:The salary range is between £47,450 and £71,160 and is dependent on experience and suitability for the role.
