Job description

The HICA Group have a fantastic opportunity available for a Care Support Worker to join our expanding team of care professionals at our home in Louth - The Wolds Care Centre!

The company is unable to sponsor the employment of international workers in this role. You will be required to provide evidence of your right to work in the UK.

Pay & Hours:

Rate of pay: £11.00 per hour
Hours of work: 24 -44 hours per week
Shift pattern: Working to a rota covering 7 days per week (every other weekend)
The Role:

As a Care Support Worker, you will support our services users to maintain their independence by assisting with everyday tasks and activities, in line with their individual needs. Full training is provided so if you are new to the care sector, we will help you start your journey with confidence.

About us:

The Wolds Care Centre is a 66 bed Care Home situated on North Holme Road in Louth. The home provides a home for life within its specialist dementia, nursing and residential care communities. All bedrooms are spacious, boasting their own en-suite with wet room and each room is furnished to a high standard. Residents and their families are invited to personalise their rooms, creating their own unique environment, reflecting the individuality of the occupier.

HICA Group are a ‘Not for Profit’ organisation providing a range of care services to older people and people with learning difficulties both within residential and nursing homes and within the community.

The successful candidate will be required to undertake an Enhanced DBS check. HICA do not offer sponsorship to non-UK nationals.
