Exeter
£28k DOE + bonus
Hybrid (2 days onsite, 3 days remote)

We are working with global tech and media company, looking to add to their Account Executive team to enhance their client's experience and ensure retention. Based out of their head offices in Exeter, the role will solely focus on adding value to a growing client base across the UK, mainly within healthcare.
The role would suit someone looking for that next step in their career, maybe just leaving university or has experience in Customer Service/Account Management and wants the chance to take on more, transitioning into a client-focused, softer sales role.

The role

Working with existing customers to ensure future contracts are secured and customers are satisfied with the service and products provided.

Taking ownership of contract renewal, ensuring the right documentation is issued and that when it comes to a customer renewing, they have confidence they’ll be looked after again.

Helping to upsell products and offerings.

Working closely with sales, marketing and collaborating with Account Managers to manage customer expectations and see areas to improve on and add extra value.  

Heading out with Account Managers to attend meetings and events, building on relationships and being the face clients know they can talk to whenever needed.

Responding to customer queries and requests and keeping the CRM system up to date with accurate information.

Providing regular updates to management about ongoing challenges and any issues being flagged to ensure quick and proactive movement to get them resolved.

What we’re looking for:

Passionate about building strong relationships with people.

Either experience in customer service roles OR a business graduate looking for their first step into the working world.

Energy and enthusiasm

Being on the ball and going the extra mile to make customers happy.

Proactive mindset, able to spot opportunities as they are presented.

Driven, problem solver and has experience in working within a busy office whilst setting goals and achieving high results.

Great communication and organisational skills

Experience using a CRM or ERP system.

A team player who works well achieving goals in a team setting.

Experience of working with clients in the healthcare sector – desired but not essential
