Overview
A successful interior design business based in beautiful offices in Esher are looking for someone with 1-2 years’ office experience to join the team as a Project Administrator.
Salary: £18,000 – £21,000
The Role
- Sales order administration
- Overseeing the showroom
- Client liaison over the phone and in person
- Recording stock
- General project co-ordination including supporting Project Managers
- Assisting with order processing
- General administrative assistance to the team
Key Skills/Experience
- Sales order processing experience
- Team-player with a helpful, flexible attitude
- Good client liaison and confident communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Highly-organised
- Works well under pressure
- Good MS Office skills including Excel. EstiMac software would be advantageous
- Well-educated and numerate
- We require a candidate that has 1-2 years’ experience and ideally a U.K. driving licence
