Boleyn Recovery & Fleet Services a leading independent player in the Car & Commercial Fleet repair and maintenance industry is on the lookout for a Commercial Vehicle Workshop Administrator to join our dynamic team.

We specialise in dealing with all aspects of fleet services including preventative maintenance HGV MOT in our ATF Class 4 5 & 7 MOT Tachograph calibrations brake tests etc and are excited to find someone who can manage administrative tasks and invoicing efficiently.

Youll be working in a fastpaced environment where no two days are the same. If you have a knack for organisation a keen eye for detail and a passion for ensuring things run smoothly then wed love to hear from you.

Tasks

• Maintain and update records of customers commercial vehicles in the workshop
• Coordinate with mechanics and technicians to schedule repairs and maintenance for commercial vehicles
• Manage inventory of parts and supplies needed for repairs and maintenance
• Assist in the preparation of invoices and billing for services provided
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide updates on the status of their vehicles
• Assist with client portal administration

Requirements

• HGV mechanical knowledge
• Previous experience in commercial workshop environment
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office
