Job description

Reporting into the Head of Client Services, you'll be responsible for:

• the management of a portfolio of client accounts
• client meetings, taking in detailed and accurate briefs and supporting with pitches
• supporting the creation of project plans and schedules
• budget management
• campaign delivery across a wide variety of online and offline projects
• researching clients, markets and propositions
• working with internal teams to create presentations and pitch decks
• dealing with any queries on projects and accounts and escalating as required

• previous agency experience, ideally gained within a marketing or creative agency
• experienced in leading client meetings and supporting in new business pitches
• excellent project management skills and confident in managing multiple skills at any one time
• confident in undertaking research

• £28-32k depending on experience
• Hybrid working
