Job description
An exciting post has arisen to join our team within the Respiratory Medicine Department, based on Orsett Ward.
Orsett Ward offers specialist diagnosis and treatment for people with respiratory conditions. Patients benefit from the high quality treatment and care delivered by a team of experienced staff. Working as an integral member of the team, the post holder will expand, develop and utilise clinical skills to enhance and optimise clinical practice. Excellent patient care is our main focus with a structured education, training and development programme to help you develop your skills and your knowledge.
The ward specialises in the care of patients with a range of respiratory conditions; including pleural procedures, acute respiratory care, high flow oxygen devices, and non-invasive ventilation.
The team works closely with vast specialist services such as Respiratory Clinical Nurse Specialists, Lung Cancer and TB Nurse Specialists, Sleep Services, and different multi-disciplinary teams.
