Fixed Term: approx. 12 months ideally from early April 2024 (maternity cover)
Location: Home based with some flexibility required to attend the head office in Kettering, Northants from time to time plus provide onsite support when needed to clients in the Northants/London area.
Reports to: Lead HR Consultant
HR Solutions are seeking an HR Consultant to join the Client Services team in delivering first class HR support to an existing portfolio of clients on a wide range of employment issues and HR projects.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-growing HR outsourcing company. We are looking for someone who is hard working and very much a team player.
We also use technology to help us deliver an efficient and consistent service using one of the leading CRMs and Knowledge Base.
Therefore, to be successful in this role you will need: to have experience at a senior level dealing with managing change programmes, developing people strategies etc; possess demonstrable knowledge of employment legislation and its practical application through best practice across a broad range of initiatives; and a high aptitude for technology. You will be the main contact for a portfolio of clients and will deliver a fully outsourced HR service from agreeing and finalising handbooks and contracts of employment to helping them develop a people strategy etc.
What we offer in return:
Salary: C. £37,500 basic plus commission (OTE £50,000 including commission)
Full Time: 9:00 – 5:30 (40 hours per week). Additional hours may be required to complete tasks and when on client sites/travelling to meetings.
Location: Home or Hybrid working with occasional attendance at Kettering office plus provide onsite support to clients in the Northants/London area.
