Overview

We have a new opportunity available for an Insurance Customer Service Advisor, to join a successful insurance company based in Romford. This offers a guaranteed annual salary up to £25’000, depending on your insurance experience. The working hours are Monday to Friday 9am until 6pm, with no evenings or weekends involved.

As the Insurance Customer Service Advisor, your duties will include answering customer queries, liaising with insurance companies, issuing new and renewed policies, manage incoming and outgoing documents and manage electronic customer payments.

As the Insurance Customer Service Advisor you will be working for a fantastic insurance company, in a role that offers lots of variety, training, support and a great work environment. They specialise in car insurance, home insurance and business insurance.  This is a great opportunity to develop your career within the insurance industry.

To be considered for the Insurance Customer Service role you will need…

Previous experience working within the insurance industry.

To be computer literate and confident to learn new systems.

A clear telephone manner.

To have confidence to work in a fast-paced environment.

If you have experience using the Open GI system it will also be highly beneficial.
