Job description
We have a fantastic new opportunity for a Service Desk Engineer to join a leading provider of fund and corporate services in Jersey.
Working as a Service Desk Engineer, your responsibilities of the role will grow and adapt to changing needs, below are the core duties of the role, which is not exhaustive;
- General IT questions
- Software / Application patching
- Configuring laptops, mobiles, screens and printers
- Support VIP’s in the local office
- Setting up new users, including providing Technology Inductions
- Removing employees from the system when they have left the organisation
- Administration of Office 365, Azure, Intune and conditional access
- Server admin tasks – file permissions etc
- Completion of daily, weekly, and monthly tasks including backups, procedures, and reporting
- Assist with the running of procedures across a wide spectrum of IT systems
