Food and Beverage Manager - Up to £37,000 - Salisbury Area
A fabulous hotel and restaurant situated in the Salisbury area are looking to recruit an experienced Food and Beverage Manager. You will be responsible for all F&B operations across the hotel. You will build a rapport with the customers and be passionate, driven and enthusiastic about food & drink. We are looking for someone who is organised and efficient, passionate about delivering outstanding customer service, with excellent communication skills, knowledge, and experience in a similar role.
The hotel is a boutique hotel with around 50 bedrooms and has onsite spa and leisure facilities. The food is of a high level as the Head Chef is pushing for the hotel to be the best in the area!!
Key Information:
* Salary: £35-37k plus service charge and bonus
* Hours: 5/7 days on mixed shifts
* Location: Near Salisbury

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
*Hands on management of all food and beverage operations
* Coaching, developing, and mentoring your team to success

* Candidate Requirements:
* Previous experience in Food and Beverage management in hotel and/or restaurants
* Excellent leadership skills
* Be passionate about food and drink
* Strong financial and commercial acumen
