Job description
An exciting time to join the Albert Roger Group as we are looking at exponential growth and seeking a proactive individual to help lead our expanding demand planning team.
As the Demand Planning Manager you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our esteemed position as a trusted beauty distribution partner to our European retail customers.
Responsibilities
- Lead inventory Forecasting and Demand Planning function.
- Generate purchase orders and recommended quantities for multiple suppliers.
- Effectively manage stock levels to reduce overstock and obsolescence holding.
- Oversea the creation and maintenance of product codes within the ERP
- Devise and introduce process improvements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate market intelligence into accurate forecast.
- Develop new KPIs and make recommendations to improve supply chain performance.
Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in inventory forecasting or demand planning
- Leadership of supply or demand planners within a complex high SKU organisation
- Experience working with multiple data sources with advanced Excel ability
- High attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Flexible approach and ability to deal with complexity.
- Exceptional analytical and problemsolving expertise.
- Detailoriented and capable of working with large datasets.
