To be successful in your application, you must be committed to the summer schedule of the client, have good working knowledge of SIMS and worked in an education setting. You will play a core part in the running of this successful school, so will be confident in your abilities, have initiative and be proactive!
Role: School Administration Officer
HOURS: 8am - 4pm
SALARY: £14 per hour Depending on Experience
LOCATION: London

KEY RESPONSIBLITIES
- Manage and maintain the SIMS database, including inputting and updating student information, attendance records, and examination results.
- Generate reports and analyse data from SIMS to support decision-making by school leadership and staff.
- Provide administrative support to the school office, including answering phones, responding to inquiries, and assisting with registration and enrolment processes.
- Coordinate with teachers, parents, and external agencies regarding student information and records.
- Assist with organising school events, meetings, and other activities as required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with SIMS or similar school management software is essential.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the evolving needs of a school environment.
- A commitment to upholding confidentiality and safeguarding procedures.
