Job Title: Cover Supervisor
Location: Croydon
Start Date: ASAP & Ongoing
Salary: £130 to £180 per day

Cover Supervision offers a flexible approach, allowing you to work on either a day-to-day or long-term basis, with potential for permanent positions. No planning required, just stepping in to cover classes!

We are searching for passionate individuals who are experienced in cover supervision. As a Cover Supervisor, you'll have the opportunity to work in diverse school environments, delivering exceptional service.

Key Skills Required:

• Good behaviour management in Croydon schools
• Adaptability & flexibility in Croydon classrooms
• Strong knowledge of the UK curriculum in your specialist subject area, beneficial for teaching in Croydon
• Ability to engage with pupils effectively to enhance teaching and learning in Croydon schools

Requirements:

• Experience as a Cover Supervisor or similar role
• Flexibility, enthusiasm, and motivation to support teaching and learning
• Effective classroom behaviour management skills tailored to the needs of students
• Adherence to individual school behaviour policies
