**Join Our Team as a Supply Planning Analyst!**

Key Responsibilities for the Supply Planning Analyst:
- Order Processing: Efficiently plan, schedule, and process new orders into our ERP system to ensure timely fulfilment.
- Strategic Planning: Plan both short and long-term to align supply and demand, supporting inventory needs.
- Supply Chain Management: Consolidate delivery commitments from internal cells and Purchasing into one agreed order schedule to meet customer expectations. Communicate the impact of these schedules to relevant stakeholders.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain inventory levels on key components and strategic spare parts, adhering to company policies.
- Inventory Grading: Achieve inventory grading requirements while meeting customer expectations for lead times and delivery commitments.
- Supplier Relationship Management: Collaborate closely with the purchasing team to ensure timely placement of orders. Manage supplier relationships to guarantee on-time delivery of materials.
- Collaboration with Sales: Work closely with the internal sales team on the availability of customer orders, ensuring accurate maintenance of customer order dates.
Experience needed to be the successful Supply Planning Analyst:
- Proven experience supporting Planning functions in a Manufacturing environment
- Skills: Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
