Job description
A leading manufacturing business are currently looking to hire a permanent Payroll Manager to join their team. This is a newly created role & a key hire for the payroll department.
This is an important role for the business and will lead the payroll function.
Day to day responsibilities of this role will be:
* Day to day management of the payroll
* Overseeing monthly payroll processing for c2000 employees
* Ensuring all statutory deductions are made accurately and on time
* Overseeing all HMRC submissions are correct to timescales
* Year end closure
* Resolving any escalated queries
* Leading on payroll projects
