As a Security Officer at G4S for one of our prestigious Government clients, you will get to greet staff and visitors and ensure that all people on site adhere to security protocols. You may also patrol the premises and deal with any security incidents. You may cover a number of different sites within your area, so no two days will be the same..

Work time: Work time: Various, to be confirmed. You should be flexible to work a varied shift pattern which includes days, nights and weekends and Bank/Public Holidays. An SIA licence is required for this role, but do not worry if you don’t currently hold one, as you can receive full training from us. You will need to provide us with your 5 year employment history and have unrestricted right to work in the UK for screening purposes. A criminal record will not necessarily be a bar to obtaining a position. Many of our leadership team began their G4S careers as Security Officers, progressing through our numerous opportunities and career paths. You will be in their safe hands, with full training and support provided. As our ideal candidate, you should hold a valid SIA Licence and Full UK Driving Licence.
