Your new company
Working for Hays Education, you will have access to a variety of jobs on a full and part-time basis. We work with a lot of schools exclusively in Coventry and it is extremely busy with a big demand for SEN Teaching Assistants
Your new role
You will be required to support a child on a 1:1 basis. The child does display challenging behaviours so you must be confident and experienced within this field. You will be working on a full time basis. Term time only from the hours of 8.30am-3.30pm. You will be required to support the child in all aspects of their learning and development and ensure EHCP plans are followed
What you'll need to succeed
You must have experience working within an SEN School or a mainstream school. You will need to have a positive, confident and nurturing attitude and be able to build a rapport with children. This job is in year 2, so you will need to be knowledgeable about the KS1 curriculum. Ideally you will have worked with children with Autism, ADHD, Down Syndrome, Speech and Language
