About The Role
Due to the exciting expansion our Skelmersdale, we have created a new role in the business for a Training Compliance lead who will be responsible for working with the relevant departments to ensure the most up to date versions of Policies, Procedures and SOPs are allocated to profiles and training is planned and delivered
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Maintain the LMS system to ensure that it is up to date and auditable at all times.
- Meet weekly with Operational Teams to plan training and assessment requirements for that week
- Support planned and unplanned audits
- Deliver the training and competency checking of Policies, Procedures and SOPs
- Support the creation and design of in-house training programs based on the needs of the business and employees.
- Develop the use of the LMS system to ensure fully utilized
- Support the development of an effective induction programme aligned to customer requirements and legislation.
- Source and produce training materials for in-house courses
- Provide help and encouragement to line managers and trainers to solve specific training problems, either on a one-to-one basis or in groups.
About You
- Previous experience of working in a factory / food manufacturing environment
- Previous experience in a training role or holding training responsibilities as part of another role - preferable
- A keen eye for detail

- Written and spoken communication skills that allow you to inform and advise others clearly
