Mechanical Project Manager - Building Services

This is an excellent opportunity for a Mechanical Project Manager with experience in building services to join a leading M&E building services contractor. The role will be based in Flintshire, Wales.

The Mechanical Project Manger will have vast expertise and experience managing all aspects of mechanical install and maintenance projects within commercial sectors.

Key Mechanical Project Manager responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage projects from cradle to grave
• Management of teams
• Coordination with subcontractors and suppliers
• Ensure adherence to specifications and standards
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
• Managment of commissioning activities

The successful Mechanical Project must have mechanical project management experience within building services/construction.
