A Montessori Nursery School in the heart of Islington are currently looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, and motivated Nursery Manager to join the Family.

Our aim is to create a warm and friendly setting and provide a positive, safe, happy, and nurturing approach to childcare. The children in our care receive stimulation and develop from our ethos of a play-based approach to learning through positive experiences.

You will need to beconfident,driven,and most importantlypassionateabout childcare. You will be acommitted, professional, organised, flexible,andresponsible.

The successful candidate will:

• Hold a Level 3 qualification or above in childcare and previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Hold 2 years post-qualifying experience in a nursery/childcare setting.
• Have previous leadership or supervisory experience.
• Bepassionateto work with children.
• Have a desire to learn and grow.
• Work closely alongside the Setting Leader to drive the business forward.
• Make all children and their families feel special every day and part of a large family.
• Work closely alongside their colleagues, supporting and encouraging each other.
• Be imaginative, creative, and not afraid to dress up, be covered in paint or gloop, and most importantly have fun

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
