Care Assistant for a lady 17.5 hr/wk@ £10.42/hr in Stockton-on-tees

17.5 hours per week - Stockton on Tees area

THIS IS A TEMPORARY POST - to cover current PA during sick leave - Immediate start
Due to the nature of this role involving personal care, we can only accept female candidates for this role
My client is looking for a reliable person to provide support and care with her own home.

Support with all day to day activities including:

· Preparation of meals and drinks and occasional food shopping· Support with showering and help with dressing and undressing· Frequent changing of bedding· Washing & drying of clothing and bedding (washing machine and dryer)· Prompting to take medication· General cleaning and tidying around the home especially bedroom and bathroom· Some ironing· Support with accessing and using the garden (mainly help with bird feeders)· Support to attend appointments – physical and emotional· Support to access the community – physical and emotional

Working days and hours will be discussed and agreed at interview

Driver's licence and own transport essential, due to location of client's home
