We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistants in Birmingham who are passionate about their job, enjoy delivering one to one support and who can build positive relationships with our service users and their families.
Meet our service user
Our service user is an 8-year-old boy who lives with his loving family in Birmingham and requires support throughout the day on a 1:1 basis with his complex care needs.
He is generally a happy boy who loves to explore tactile experiences and play with his light up toys. He really enjoys watching YouTube, reading stories with his care team, and listening to his favourite music.
Throughout the day your role will be to support him with his morning routine and accompanying him to his educational setting where transport will be provided. You will assist him with his personal care, moving and handling, making close clinical observations and attending to his care needs when required.
You will assist him in engaging in his learning and development through play and support with engagement and interaction with his peers.
Our service user has specifically requested for female staff to work on their team

We have the following shifts available
Take a look at our pay rates
Weekdays: £13.00 per hour (Approx. £104 per 8-hour shift)
Weekends: £14.00 per hour (Approx. £112 per 8-hour shift)
Bank Holidays: £15.00 per hour (Approx £120 per 8-hour shift)
