We currently are looking to hire an Energy Services Team Leader with experience in the energy efficiency industry to work alongside the Energy Services Director and to oversee the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of the ECO and InstaPAS team. · You are solution focussed. Requirements

As Team Leader for the Energy Services department, your key responsibilities will include: · Team – Day to day people management of the Energy Services team & operation · Administration – Overall responsibility of the management of the administrative processes associated with the compliant delivery of their ECO energy efficiency contracts · Reporting – Working closely with the Data Performance Analyst, providing weekly and monthly forecasting and performance reporting to the Energy Services Manager · Customers & Partnerships – Establish a close and trusted relationships with all our customers through regular contact and strong customer service. · Support – Support the Energy Services Manager in the day to day running of the department Success for you & key requirements are: · You thrive in building quality, long-term relationships. You are a people person and can quickly build relationships at all levels. · You understand the importance of company values. Fulfilling the functional elements of your role is not enough, you must live the company values through your own behaviour. · You have experience in the management of a diverse team. An efficient and motivated team with streamlined processes. · You enjoy travelling within the UK. A proactive approach to building relationships through face-to-face meetings, from time to time it will be necessary to go to on site meetings with customers.
