Job description
As Team Leader for the Energy Services department, your key responsibilities will include:
· Team – Day to day people management of the Energy Services team & operation
· Administration – Overall responsibility of the management of the administrative processes associated with the compliant delivery of their ECO energy efficiency contracts
· Reporting – Working closely with the Data Performance Analyst, providing weekly and monthly forecasting and performance reporting to the Energy Services Manager
· Customers & Partnerships – Establish a close and trusted relationships with all our customers through regular contact and strong customer service.
· Support – Support the Energy Services Manager in the day to day running of the department

· You enjoy travelling within the UK. A proactive approach to building relationships through face-to-face meetings, from time to time it will be necessary to go to on site meetings with customers.
