Job description
Maxxima have recently partnered with a national community pharmacy business. We are currently looking for an experienced Community Pharmacist Manager, who can provide overall support for the clinical leadership of the service. This role is based in the Swindon store which dispenses over 7,000 valued items on average to the local community each month.

Your main responsibilities as a Community Pharmacist Manager:
Dispense medicines and over-the-counter remedies, giving healthcare advice to customers including providing consultations and diabetes checks
Develop your Pharmacy team making sure you implement and share best practice
Emphase the importance of clinical governance and investing time in training your team
Proactively develop Pharmacy sales, services and profitability in a cost effective and safe manner, adhering to legal, ethical and company requirements/ systems
Focus on day to day operations, as well as the medium term operation, regularly conducting audits to maintain high standards
What we are looking for in a Community Pharmacist Manager:
GPHC registered
Demonstrate excellent communication skills
