Our client is an independent company based in Buckingham, supplying high-quality embroidered and printed workwear to businesses across the UK. They are currently seeking an Embroidery Machine Operator / Apparel Assistant to join their team.

Position Overview:

As an Embroidery Machine Operator / Apparel Assistant, you will play a vital role in our client’s production process. You will operate embroidery and textile transfer print machines to complete customer brand workwear orders with precision and attention to detail.

Responsibilities for the Embroidery Machine Operator / Apparel Assistant job role:

• Identify correct garment SKUs, sizes, colours, and quantities.
  
   
• Place logos and branding accurately according to customer orders.
  
   
• Set up and operate embroidery machines, framing garments manually.
  
   
• Digitize designs and make adjustments as needed.
  
   
• Work with Tajima, SWF, Baruden, Happy, ZSK, or Brother embroidery machines.
  
   
• Assist with warehouse duties such as stock management and order dispatch.

Qualifications and Skills required for the Embroidery Machine Operator / Apparel Assistant role:

• Experience in embroidery or similar role preferred.
  
   
• Familiarity with operating embroidery machines and applying logos to workwear.
  
   
• Ability to digitize designs and frame garments manually.
  
   
• Knowledge of Tajima, SWF, Baruden, Happy, ZSK, or Brother machines desirable.
  
   
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
