Job description
We have an exciting new opportunity as a HSQE Administrator with a leading manufacturer who continue to grow year on year and looking to expand their team in Clevedon!
Salary – £25k per annum
Working Hours-
Mon to Thur: 8am to 5pm
Fri: 8am to 1pm
Role Objective:
As a HSQE Administrator, you will share in the responsibilities of ownership as well as the rewards and you will report to the Operations manager. Those working in the business are expected to:

Responsibilities and Duties within the role :
- Support the company in meeting its H&S obligations.
- Ensure risks are addressed and improvements captured.
- Coordinate and track HSQE training programs for employees.
- To support site leadership in the maintenance and continual improvement of the quality environmental and health and safety management systems.
- To support process development of the H&S, quality and environmental and systems in line with business needs and the strategic direction.
- To conduct internal audits, ensuring completion of documentation and corrective action is undertaken where necessary.
- Support the operations manager in overall site monitoring of the quality environmental and health and safety management systems e.g. maintain appropriate dashboard used for reporting.
- Manage site facilities (including maintenance), ensure legal compliance through third parties and ensure records.
