Responsibilities:

• Observe classes and provide constructive feedback to teachers
• Support effective curriculum planning and instructional strategies
• Motivate and mentor teachers for professional growth
• Coordinate examination preparation and analysis of results
• Contribute to whole school improvement initiatives

Liaise with parents on matters related to the faculty

Requirements to APPLY 

• Master's degree in Education
• 5+ years teaching experience plus 2+ years in a leadership role
• Deep knowledge of UK curriculum standards
• Experience coaching and developing teachers
• Strong communication, collaboration and organizational skills
