Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant seeking a fulfilling role in an independent primary school setting? Reeson Education is currently seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to work with Year 1 children at an esteemed independent primary school in Barnes. This is a long-term position with an immediate start, offering four days per week.

Teaching Assistant Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support to the Year 1 class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and activities.
• Assist with classroom management and behaviour support, ensuring a positive learning environment.
• Work closely with individual students or small groups to provide targeted intervention and support.
• Collaborate with the class teacher and other staff members to meet the needs of all students.

Teaching Assistant Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a UK school setting is essential.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students and colleagues.
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the classroom.
