Pay Rate: £24,419.58

Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

Shift patterns: Any 5 from 7 Rotational 06:00-14:00/14:00 – 22:00

Location: Darlington, DL3 0UR

DHL, award winning leading supply chain business is seeking a Control Room Analyst to play a vital role coordinating our daily logistics requirements.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

• Responsible for accurately reporting Shift Status information on a 2 hourly basis
• Assist in the development and provision of KPI reports to the Operational Team on a daily and weekly basis
• Co-ordinate the planning and recording of 1-2-1 meetings
• Ensure all Transport finance reports are completed on time and drivers hours are reported accurately

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

• Good administrative and organisational skills
• Working knowledge of MS packages
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to work under pressure and to demanding deadlines
• Experience working in a warehouse environment is desirable but not essential
