Corporate Finance Executive - Kent

Are you an ACCA or ACA Finalist or Qualified and looking for a move into Corporate Finance M&A / Lead Advisory role?

Public Practice recruitment specialists Clark Wood have recently been instructed by highly reputable, national firm who's Kent offices include Tunbridge Wells and Maidstone, to source a Corporate Finance Executive.

The key focuses of the role would be concentrating upon M&A work, transactions, funding, forecasting, with some additional exposure to lead advisory work and due diligence.

Clients would be mid market OMBs and SMEs, so an overall advisory mindset and skillset would be required. Deals in the region of £5mil to £50 mil.

This is a genuine opportunity with a leading accountancy firm. Our client is happy to look at qualified candidates looking to make the move into an advisory role, or candidates who are already in an advisory role looking for a new challenge.

As part of the team, your journey will continue via mentorship by the senior management team in both your local office and wider network to provide soft skills development such as more effective client management and moving forward staff management.
