Cook based at Adlington House, Portishead

Available Hours:

Permanent - Part Time - 22.5 hours per week.

Includes weekend work.

You will be responsible for delivering a high quality catering service.

We operate with Apetito (frozen meals) who provide nutritious ready-made meals that our staff heat before serving. We provide freshly made starters and desserts according to our residents preferences. We ensure meals are well presented, varied and interesting to meet individual tastes and dietary requirements.

You will manage our small, friendly, team of 4 staff, ensuring the highest standards of nutrition, hygiene and safety.

An experienced caterer is required, with good planning, budget and stock control abilities.

Excellent people skills are required to maintain positive relationships with residents and members of staff.
