Job description
Works Co-ordinator needed in North London.
The hourly rate is £17.00ph PAYE
This is a temporary role

The successful candidate will be supporting the Repairs Service with the scheduling of appointments for repairs work over a period of days to weeks to ensure that mobile workforce resources are used efficiently. They will be providing a high quality, customer focused administrative service within the repair’s operations, liaising with subcontractors and workforce across multiple trade disciplines and will comply with all regulatory guidelines e.g. Financial and audit regulations, Homes for Haringey standing orders, in ordering and processing repairs
