Flame Health Optometry are looking to recruit a dynamic Optical Practice Manager in the Leighton Buzzard area
This company has a passion is to deliver outstanding patient care, combined with professional dispensing advice and product recommendations that best suit individual customer needs.
As an Optical Practice Manager you will deal with the management of store operations and staff in order to achieve excellent patient service, financial goals and business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Everyday running of the store and staff
Being able to build an excellentpatient rapport
Highly motivated and able to adapt to changing environments, whist maintaining exceptional patient care.
Being a team player.
Strong organizational, communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
Availability to work on Saturdays (Alternate)
Both DO qualified and non-qualified Optical Practice Managers will be considered however you will need to have previous experience of running a busy optical practice.
