Details of the role

The Project Manager will be responsible for leading on the development and delivery of projects for the Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND) service area. This role requires experience in project management and process improvement. Any experience working in SEND would be a bonus.

The Project Manager will work closely with the Head of SEND and practitioners to drive projects forward, ensuring the highest quality, most effective and efficient organisation of services. The Project Manager will work with senior management and be confident at presenting complex information to a range of audiences.

The role also includes deputising for the SEND Programme Manager, as well as supporting and coaching SEND Project Officers (as and when needed). The candidate will contribute to the continuous improvement of the services at Hackney Education.
